1 Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to Naveen Freelancer (www.naveenfreelancer.com). This website is owned and operated solely by Naveen Freelancer, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By accessing our website, requesting design quotes, or engaging our freelance creative services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2 Freelance Service Scope
Naveen Freelancer provides independent freelance design and digital creative solutions including:
- Logo Design & Brand Identity
- Social Media Post & Banner Design
- Brochure, Flyer & Business Card Design
- Video Editing, Reels & Promotional Videos
- UI/UX Design & Website Development
Project scopes, timelines, revision limits, and final file formats are defined and agreed upon prior to project commencement.
3 Payment & Invoicing Terms
- Advance Deposit: A project advance deposit (typically 30% - 50%) is required before project work, initial concept creation, or slot reservation begins.
- Final Balance: Remaining project balances must be cleared upon final design approval prior to the release of editable vector source files, high-resolution prints, or final HD video renders.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via UPI, direct bank transfer, or agreed online payment gateways.
4 Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
Upon receipt of full and final payment, complete copyright and ownership rights for final customized deliverables transfer to the client. Naveen Freelancer retains the right to display completed design assets and video clips in his online portfolio and professional social channels for promotional purposes, unless a explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been agreed upon prior to project initiation.
5 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear design briefs, high-resolution logos/images, finalized copy text, and timely feedback during the revision phase. Delays in providing feedback or content may extend agreed delivery schedules.
6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
