Because our services involve dedicated time, custom artistic labor, and specialized creative production, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below to ensure complete clarity and transparency.
2 Project Advance Deposits
Advance project deposits cover preliminary creative research, concept development, administrative setup, and reserved work schedules. Once project work or concept creation has officially commenced following deposit payment, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
3 Project Cancellations
- Cancellation Prior to Work Commencement: If a project is cancelled by the client before any design work, draft creation, or strategy research has started, the deposit may be refunded minus any applicable payment gateway processing fees.
- Cancellation During Concept/Revision Stage: If a project is cancelled after initial design drafts or video previews have been presented, payments made cover work completed up to that point and are non-refundable.
4 Final Deliverables & Completed Work
Once final high-resolution source files (AI, PSD, PDF, Figma, MP4, HTML/CSS) or completed video exports have been approved by the client and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5 Revision Commitment & Satisfaction
To ensure full satisfaction, each project estimate includes agreed revision rounds. Clients are encouraged to provide constructive feedback during revision cycles to refine designs to their exact expectations before final file delivery.
